La Sala recuerda que por regla general el juez competente para conocer del incidente de desacato es el juez de primera instancia, por lo que se decide remitir el expediente a la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia para que le de trámite al incidente, se rechaza la solicitud por falta de competencia.
